We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, take the protocol quiz, or use the tracking features. This includes: email address, name, quiz answers (goals, experience level, health flags), and daily tracking logs (energy, sleep, mood, weight).
We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalize your protocol recommendations, send you reminders (only if you opt in), process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails via Resend.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled — meaning only you can access your own data. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
If you submit community outcome reports, these are anonymized and aggregated before display. We never display individual user data publicly without your explicit consent.
